Once creators upload their content, Billo Quality Assurance team does the quality check for all the videos. If you are in the Tasks menu and you can see the icon of the video under Submitted Content but there is no option to approve it yet, it means that it's under the quality check. Quality check might take up 24 hours after the video submission but you can always text our Customer Success team to make it a priority.
