Information needed for custom watermark:
Agency logo (image file should be Max 400 KB - JPG or PNG file only)
Links to all of your accounts on Billo (Agency Account AND accounts under ‘My Brands’ that you would need us to upload the custom watermark)
Once you’ve shared this with the Billo team, we will update all your accounts, and once updated, any videos created will bear your agency logo as the default watermark. The custom watermark replaces the Billo Watermark and will be removed once you have approved the video. 😉
❗️It cannot be changed for videos that are already on the platform. The custom watermark only applies to videos uploaded after the agency logo has been uploaded.

If no logo is provided - all videos will be with Billo Watermark as default.
Recently created a new account or added a new brand to 'My Brands'?
Notify [email protected], and send us a link to the new account and we will update the new account with your current agency logo image.
