I'm having difficulties opening up task links from the CS team. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing trouble with task links you received from the Customer Support team via chat, follow these simple steps to resolve the issue quickly:

Step 1: Open the Link Directly

Step 2: Verify the CS Message

  • After opening the link, check the CS message and press a task link to ensure it functions correctly.

Step 1: Copy the Link

Step 2: Paste the Task Link in Notes

Create a new note or open an existing one in your Notes app. Paste the task link into the note.

Step 3: Mark the Note as Done

Once you’ve pasted the link, mark the note as done.

Step 4: Open the Task Link from Notes

Long-press the task link within the note and select "Open in Billo Creator" from the options that appear.

Step 5: Verify the CS Message Again

Return to the CS message and press a task link to ensure it functions correctly.
