If you are not receiving a password reset email, it's possible that you are using the wrong login method to access your account.
Keep in mind there are 2 ways to log in to Billo.app π
Depending on the method you've chosen to sign up, you should use the same method to log into your account: Google account or Email + Password, otherwise a second, separate account will be created automatically, and you will not be able to see your existing tasks.
Still not getting a password reset email?
If you do not receive a password reset email, try clicking on "Sign in with Google", to access your account. In case you forgot your Google email password, you should reset this using Google π
