How billing works
Brands are charged upfront for each video.
The video price includes:
Creator payout
Billo software
Transaction fees
The video price does not include:
Product or service costs
Shipping fees
Can I tip or send money directly to a creator?
No. Tipping or sending money directly to creators is not encouraged. To keep payments secure, transparent, and properly documented, all transactions must go through Billo.
What if a creator needs reimbursement?
If a creator has a necessary out-of-pocket expense required to complete the task, Billo will manage the reimbursement process.
Examples include:
Additional ingredients required by the brief
A required subscription
Other approved expenses directly related to the task
How reimbursement works
The creator submits proof of purchase or a receipt.
Billo reviews the documentation and shares it with you for approval.
Once approved, we charge the reimbursement amount to your account.
The approved amount is added to the creator’s payout.
This keeps the process secure, documented, and fair for both brands and creators.
