When you are signing in to the Billo.app platform for the first time you are also creating an account. There are two methods to sign up for Billo. app platform
1. With Google
Signing in using method #1 (With your Google account) does not allow you to change your password since you can only log in using your Google account. ❌
Billo.app allows you to change your password only if you signed up with method 2 (Email+password).
The following steps will guide you through the process of resetting your Billo.app password:
Click on ‘Don’t remember your password?’ under the log-in section of Billo.app.
Enter the email address you used to log in to Billo for the first time.
Then click ‘send an email’
Follow the directions in your email.
Click on the 'click here' hyperlink in the email to follow the directions.
In order to create a new password, you will be directed to the Billo.app platform. Enter and confirm your new password.
Now that you have reset your password, you can log in to Billo.app with your email address and new password.
