How do I let the brand know if the product is in my hands?

Once you see on the tracking that the item has been delivered or as soon as the product is in your hands click on "Confirm product status"

You will be able to select options when confirming the product status

Select the option that applies to you! Brands will be notified when you mark the product as received βœ…

I did not receive a product 😞

First things first, double check the tracking information to make sure that the product was delivered to the correct address. Then, you can reach out to the brand via direct chat, to let them know you have not received the product yet

The product I received is damaged or incorrect πŸ’”

If you received the product, and it's damaged or incorrect, please mark it as such on the Billo Creator's app so that the Brand is notified πŸ’¬
