First things first, double check the tracking information to make sure that the product was delivered to the correct address. Then, you can reach out to the brand via direct chat, to let them know you have not received the product yet

If you received the product, and it's damaged or incorrect, please mark it as such on the Billo Creator's app so that the CS Team is notified ๐Ÿ’ฌ
