How do I let the brand know if the product is in my hands?

For a smooth collaboration, it’s crucial to keep the brand updated on the product’s status. 📦


Scenarios

✅ 1. I received the product

Once you’ve tracked the delivery or have the product in hand, make sure to mark it as received in the app. This starts the countdown, giving you 5 days to create and upload your video. Good luck!

😞 2. I did not receive the product

If you haven’t received the product, first check the tracking information to ensure it was delivered to the correct address. Then, contact the brand via direct chat to report the issue.

💔 3. The product I received is damaged or incorrect

If the product is damaged or not what you expected, mark it as such in the Billo Creator app. Then, contact the brand via direct chat to report the issue.


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click on a task you have product status updates for

  2. Tap "Confirm product status"

  3. Select suitable option

  4. Click "Confirm"

💡 In all scenarios, the brand will be automatically informed about the product status. Always ensure to provide accurate information to avoid any complications.
