Uploading videos for tasks on Billo involves meeting specific requirements and following the correct workflow. This guide provides an overview of the process, including video upload requirements, task status workflows, troubleshooting tips, and alternative submission methods.

Video Upload Requirements

To successfully upload a video for a task on Billo, ensure that:

  • The video closely matches the required duration specified in the task. Videos that are significantly shorter or longer than the required length will result in an upload error.

  • For tasks requiring a 60-second video, the minimum acceptable length is 45 seconds. Videos shorter than this cannot be uploaded or accepted by the system.

Task Status Workflow

Before uploading a video, it is essential to understand the task status workflow:

  1. Accepting an Invitation or Offer: When you accept an invitation or apply to an offer, your application moves to the "Applied" tab. This does not mean you have been selected yet.

  2. Approval and Task Generation: Begin filming only after you are approved and a task is officially generated in the app.

  3. Task Progression: If shipping is required, the task will first appear under "Shipping Soon." Once ready for video upload, it will move to "Shoot Videos." At this stage, you can upload your video.

Troubleshooting Upload Issues

If you encounter issues uploading a video:

  • Verify that the video meets the minimum length and video requirements.

  • Ensure the task is in the correct status ("Shoot Videos") for uploads.

  • Reach out to the Customer Support team if you still have issues uploading.
