Video Checklist

If you're having trouble uploading your video, double-check the following:

  • Aspect Ratio: 9:16 (1080x1920 px) or 16:9 (1920x1080 px)

  • Resolution: 1080p HD at 30 fps

  • File Size: Under 500MB

  • File Format: mp4

  • Internet: Stable connection

Video Exceeds Duration Limit

💡 Once you're approved for a task, make sure the script fits within the required video duration. If the script is too long, the best solution is to contact the brand via direct chat and request a shorter version to meet the time limit.

If the brand is okay with exceeding the duration, you can still upload a longer video.

You'll receive an error message when the video exceeds the time limit. From there, you can either:

  1. Go back and edit the video to meet the duration requirement.

  2. Click ‘Upload Anyway’ to proceed with uploading the longer video.

Incorrect Resolution

When submitting video content, it's crucial to ensure the correct dimensions for your video.

Correct dimensions:

  • For 9:16 aspect ratio – 1080x1920 px

  • For 16:9 aspect ratio – 1920x1080 px

If the video is rendered with incorrect dimensions, the app will display an error during the upload process.

To resolve this, revisit your editing app and select the appropriate aspect ratio. You can adjust this setting in popular editing apps like CapCut or InShot. For detailed instructions, refer to the guide on video resolution requirements.

Incorrect Aspect Ratio

Always double-check the task's aspect ratio requirement before filming.

  1. Go to Task: Navigate to the specific task you’re working on.

  2. Scroll Down: Find the section labeled "Video Requirements."

  3. Check: Look under the "Video Type" section for the aspect ratio details.

In a case where you've filmed the video in the wrong aspect ratio (e.g., 16:9 for a 9:16 task or vice versa), refilming is required as excessive zooming will reduce video quality. For more info on aspect ratios, click here.

Format Not Supported

This error means the video you're uploading was filmed with HDR turned on. To prevent this in future videos, be sure to turn off HDR before filming.

For guidance, check this article: How to Turn Off HDR?

You can choose "upload anyway" to save time, as fixing it would require re-filming. Just be sure to turn off HDR for all future videos to avoid this issue again.
