Billo aims to deliver organic and natural video content for the brands. Therefore, our creators need to try out your product or service to give an honest opinion. We do ask brands to send their products to the creators for free, as it is part of their reward for making a video for your brand. โœˆ๏ธ

Please note that all shipping costs, including Tariffs and Customs Duty Fees, must be covered by the brand. Creators should not be required to pay or cover these fees upon delivery. For international shipments, please ensure that these charges are included and prepaid to avoid delivery issues or delays.

Youโ€™ll find creators' addresses under Manage campaigns > Shipments found on the top navigation of the Billo Manage platform. The addresses of the creators appear right after you approve the creators you want to work with. ๐Ÿ 

Please ship the products to Billo creators and update the delivery information on Billo within 2 days after you approve the creators' applications. ๐Ÿ“ฆ

*In case you decide to add the return label inside the package together with a product, Billo team is not responsible for the returns and logistics in between the brand and creators ๐Ÿค
