First things first, it's important to double-check the tracking information on the task if the product has been delivered to the correct address 🏡

If you can't find any tracking information, or the product has not yet been shipped - try reaching out to the brand first via direct chat 💌

Lastly, if there is no information available, please reach out to the CS Team via chat so we can reach out to the brand to get more information for you in terms of the product delivery and the expected day of delivery. 👩‍💻👨‍💻

If you do receive the product, mark the status on the Billo Creator's app 📱
