Once you have been approved as a creator for a task, you can reach out directly to the brand 😎 This only applies to active tasks that you're working on.

Here's how:

  1. Open a task and scroll to the bottom, where you will find a link to send the brand a message, it looks like this:

  2. A chat window will open and you will be able to reach out to the brand for whatever question or concern you might have

You can also access your other messages, by clicking on the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen:

When to contact the brand directly:

βœ… If you need further instructions on how to use the product

βœ… For clarifications regarding the task brief or edit requests

When using the chat feature, please remember to:

βœ… Stay on topic. Questions and information should be relevant to the task being discussed
