I need to talk to the brand, how do I contact them?

Once you have been approved as a creator for a task, you can reach out directly to the brand 😎 This only applies to active tasks that you're working on.

Here's how:

  1. Open a task and scroll to the bottom, where you will find a link to send the brand a message, it looks like this:

  2. A chat window will open and you will be able to reach out to the brand for whatever question or concern you might have

You can also access your other messages, by clicking on the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen:

Contact the Brand Directly

Here are the situations where you should contact the brand directly:

  • ✅ If there are issues with the product

  • If you need further instructions on how to use the product

  • For clarifications regarding the task brief or edit requests

DOs and DON'Ts

When using the chat feature, remember these DOs and DON'Ts:

  • ✅ Stay on topic. Questions and information should be relevant to the task being discussed

  • ✅ Be Responsive and do your best to respond within 1 business day.

  • ✅ Ask Clear Questions and make sure that your message is prompt and straight to the point.

  • ❌ Don’t solicit other community members for work or communicate with them outside of Billo

  • ❌ Don’t spam the brand with messages if you would like to follow up on an issue or concern. Send support team a message via chat if the brand is being unresponsive.

  • ❌ Don’t disrespect the brand. You should take the conversation seriously and use a friendly, polite tone. By doing so, you'll create a positive impression and ensure that your communication is taken seriously. 💜
