Once you have been approved as a creator for a task, you can reach out directly to the brand 😎 This only applies to active tasks that you're working on.

Here's how:

  1. Open a task and scroll to the bottom, where you will find a link to send the brand a message, it looks like this:

    πŸ’‘PRO TIP: When a brand requests edits, you can also see the same link under the edit request in case you have clarifications about it πŸ˜‰

  2. A chat window will open and you will be able to reach out to the brand for whatever question or concern you might have

When using the chat feature, please remember to:
