Shipping & Tracking Your Products
Billo aims to deliver organic and natural video content for the brands. Therefore, our creators need to try out your product or service to give an honest opinion. We do ask brands to send their products to the creators for free, as it is part of their reward for making a video for your brand. 🛫
You’ll find creators' addresses under the Delivery section in the main toolbar on Billo Manage. The addresses of the creators appear straight after you approve the creators you want to work with.
Please ship the products to Billo creators and update delivery information on Billo within 2 days after you approve the creators' applications. 📦
For Agencies:

For Clients of the agency:
The same goes for creators' addresses are seen in the Delivery section in the main toolbar on Billo Manage. If you want your client to have access to this on their own, you can add them to your Brand Dashboard ➡️ more on that here or you can share the shipping information with your client on your own 🏠 ➡️ 🙋
Please ship the products to Billo creators and update delivery information on Billo 2 days after you approve the creators' applications. 📦
When shipping Physical Products, the agency/client here are some things to keep in mind:
Shipping to the US and the UK only - All our 3500+ creators are based in the US 🇺🇸 and the UK 🇬🇧
💲 value of the product - the creators get to keep the product shipped to them for the purpose of creating the video.
Suitable for Shipping 📦 - it’s advisable to check if the product is not too large or requires the creator to make special arrangements to receive the product
