Managing your video ad orders is now easier and more efficient with our platform.

With Briefs, you can clearly outline your ad requirements, such as scripts, creator preferences, and product details. Once a creator is approved, a Task is automatically generated to help you track their progress seamlessly.

This streamlined process allows you to handle multiple orders and creators all in one organized hub, saving you time and effort.

Brief

A Brief is how you communicate your ad requirements to creators. It includes key details like your script, creator preferences, and product information. You can create unlimited briefs for free by clicking "Get a Video" or “+ Create a New Brief”.

  • Application Status: Set your brief's status to "Applications Open" to allow creators to apply. You can open or close applications at any time.

  • Inviting Creators: To invite creators, ensure the brief's status is "Applications Open".

  • Renaming Briefs: You can rename your brief anytime, updating both its internal name (visible only to you) and public name (visible to creators).

  • Editing Briefs: Briefs cannot be edited or deleted after creation. To make changes, duplicate the brief instead.

  • Task Management: Manage all tasks for your brief in one place, including shipping products, approving videos, and more.

Brief Number

A unique identifier linked to each brief created on the platform. It is automatically generated when the brief is created and helps differentiate and organize briefs. When reaching out to Customer Support about a specific brief, providing the Brief number ensures that we can quickly locate the details and assist you more efficiently. You can find the Brief number in the brief details.

Task

A Task is generated every time you approve a creator for a brief. The number of tasks will always correspond to the number of creators you approve. You’ll only be charged for your orders when you approve the creators you want to work with.

  • Task Status:

    • Active: The task is in progress, covering actions like creator approval, pending shipment, or video delivery.

    • Completed: All actions are finalized, and the video has been approved.

  • Task functionality remains largely unchanged. Clients will continue to see the same information they currently view when accessing their tasks.

Task ID

Identify your tasks using the task ID. Tasks are generated by selecting a creator from the brief. These tasks are specifically created for the selected creator, and another way to identify these tasks is by task IDs. If you need help with your task, you can include the task ID when reaching out to our Customer Support team.
