What is Meta Whitelisting?

We're thrilled to introduce a new opportunity for creators: Meta whitelisting for Instagram and Facebook ads. Meta whitelisting allows you to collaborate with brands by giving them permission to run ads that look like they were posted by you

What is the difference from regular ads?

While brand-owned ads are clearly marked as content coming from the brand, whitelisted ads appear to the audience as if they come directly from you, the creator, as shown in the potos below.

However, even though it looks like you posted the ad, you don't have to do any posting or write captions. When a brand chooses to work with you, all you need to do is grant them permission to run ads through your profile, and that's it!

Benefits for Creators

  • Payout: Earn $200 for granting 30 days of ad permission.

  • More Opportunities: Open the door to further collaborations and partnerships with brands.

  • Gain Recognition: Keep your social media profiles clean of direct ads while still being featured and gaining exposure to new audiences.

Steps to become available for whitelisting

  1. Professional Meta Accounts: Ensure you have professional accounts on both Instagram and Facebook. If your accounts are currently personal, follow this guide to convert them to professional accounts.

  2. Account Connection: Make sure your Instagram and Facebook accounts are connected.

  3. Connect to Billo: Just tap the button in the invitation message you received through the app or email, and follow the instructions to link your Meta accounts to Billo.

Once you've successfully connected your accounts, you're all set! You'll be available for whitelisting. Wait for the exciting news when a brand chooses you.
