When working with brands on Billo, you may be asked to provide a TikTok Spark Ad code so they can run your video as an ad directly from your profile.

Steps to Generate a Spark Ad Code on TikTok
For creators looking to provide brands with the ability to promote their content, here’s how to generate a Spark Ad code:
1. Enable Ad Authorization
Before generating a Spark Ad code, make sure ad permissions are activated:
Go to Settings > Creator tools > Ad settings.
Toggle Ad authorization on.
2. Authorize a specific video for promotion
Choose the video you want to authorize.
Tap the “…” icon at the bottom right.
Scroll and select Ad settings.
Toggle on Ad authorization.
3. Get the video code of the post
Set the Authorization duration → choose 30 days (required for Billo).
TikTok defaults to 30 days, but Billo requires 30 days.
Tap Generate code.
Copy the code.

4. Share the Spark Ad code with the brand on Billo
Paste your Spark Ad code into Billo where requested, or send it to the brand via Billo chat.
Approving TikTok Spark Ads requests
If a brand sends you a Spark Ads request link via TikTok messages:
Open the link.
Tap the 👍 Approve button.
Paste the Spark Ad code in the field provided.
Tap Approve.
How it looks on Billo
Once your video is approved by the brand in Billo, here’s what happens next:
Download and share your video – You can only download your video once it has been approved by the brand.
Upload on TikTok – Post the approved video on your TikTok profile.
Get the Spark Ad Code – Follow the steps above to generate the Spark Ad code.
Share the code in Billo – Open the Billo Creator’s App, go to your task, paste the Spark Ad code, and tap Submit post.

Always use 30 days as the permission period.
