How it works
Get your code. The referral program is open to brands that have already bought a pack on Billo. To find your code, click the dropdown arrow next to your profile picture in the top right corner, then select Refer a brand.
Share it. Send your code to any brand that hasn’t bought a pack on Billo yet.
They buy their first pack. They enter your code at checkout, right before paying, and get 10% extra added to their wallet instantly.
You get your bonus. 30 days after their purchase, we add 10% of their pack to your Billo wallet.
Example: A brand buys a $5,000 pack with your code. They get $500 in referral bonus right away, on top of any bonus the pack already comes with. 30 days later, you get $500 in your wallet.
The 10% is based on the pack price before taxes.
Good to know
Referral bonuses are wallet credit and can’t be withdrawn as cash.
If a referred pack is refunded, any referral bonus already used is deducted from the refund amount.
Bonus credit follows the same expiry rules as other credit in our Terms of Service.

Who can refer a brand?
Any brand that has already bought a pack on Billo. The program is for recommending Billo to other brands, so you can’t use your own code.
When will I get my bonus?
30 days after the brand you referred buys their first pack. That’s their refund window, so we wait for it to close, then add 10% of their pack to your Billo wallet.
How will I know a referral worked?
We’ll email you as soon as a brand buys their first pack with your code. Your bonus comes once their 30-day refund window closes.
What does the brand I refer get?
10% extra on their first pack, added to their wallet the moment they pay, on top of any bonus the pack already comes with.
Where does the brand I refer enter my code?
At checkout, when they buy their first pack. There’s a field for it right before they pay.
Which brands can use my code?
Any brand buying its first Billo pack. It won’t count for a brand that has already bought one.
What if they don’t buy right away?
Your code still counts whenever they buy, as long as it’s their first pack and they enter it at checkout.
What if the brand I refer asks for a refund?
If the brand asks for a refund, both bonuses (yours and theirs) are cancelled. The same applies if the payment is disputed.
How many brands can I refer?
As many as you like. You’ll get 10% added to your Billo wallet for every new brand that buys their first pack with your code.
Why don’t I see my referral code?
Referral codes are available to brands that have already bought a pack on Billo. If you’ve purchased a pack before and still don’t see your code under Refer a brand, reach out to us at [email protected].
