You need to review your Creator's applications to make an informed decision when choosing who is going to review your products and create a video for you π€©
Once your brief is created, creators can start applying to your task and you can review their application before making a selection.
How Many Creators Can Apply to My Task?
Each task can receive up to 50 applications. Once this limit is reached, the offer status automatically updates to "Closed Applications."
However, you can reopen the offer when the number of applications drops below 50.
Regardless of the offer status:
You can send invitations to creators at any time.
You can approve creators even if the offer is closed.
This ensures flexibility in managing your tasks while maintaining an organized application process.
Here are the steps for reviewing a creator's application:
Go to 'Briefs & Tasks'
Click 'Briefs'
Select the brief you want to choose creators for
Click 'Approve Creators'
Filter creators by 'Awaiting your approval'
Select creator
Review the creator's profile
At this stage, you can have 3 options:
Proceed with only one unique video
Get a second unique video
Add to order
Checkout & approve selected

About the Creator

Approving Creators
Ensure you are on the 'Awaiting your approval' tab. All creators who applied to your brief and creators who accepted your invitation will be here.
Applications expire 14 days after application if not approved.
Hiding Creators
When reviewing creator applications, you have the option to Hide a creator. This functions the same way as Dismiss and means you are rejecting the creatorβs application to your brief.
If you select this option, a pop-up message will appear:
β"By hiding this application, you'll see fewer applications from this creator in the future."
While this means the platform may prioritize showing you other applicants, the creator will still be able to see and apply to any future briefs you create.
