By default, Billo creators do not post videos on their personal social media accounts. They only upload videos to the Billo platform.

🆕Organic Posting — have your video posted directly by the creator

We now offer Organic Posting, a feature that lets brands request creators to share their video on their own social media channels for authentic exposure.

How Organic Posting Works

Select the Service Type
When creating your brief, choose Organic video + partnership ads. This gives you a video that the creator will post on their social feed for 30 days, plus the video for your own ads.

Additionally, when setting up your brief for Organic Posting, make sure to select the platform—either TikTok or Instagram—as only one can be chosen per brief.

Provide Brief Details
By default, the brief is set to Freedom Mode, but you have a field for additional details. Here, you can provide:

  • Detailed script guidelines for creator alignment

  • Context about the target platform, such as TikTok or Instagram

  • Any content ideas or trends to be leveraged for platform-specific engagement

  • Key points or messaging to include

  • Important details such as filming location, outfit, or other requirements

Fill Organic Posting Requirements & Publish

Complete the Organic posting requirements section before publishing your brief. This includes selecting your target platform, outlining your posting goals, handle, hashtags, and captions.

Creator Selection & Video Approval
After you select a creator and they upload the video:

During this stage, you will also find each creator’s rate for Organic Posting listed, helping you decide based on your budget.

  • You can review and approve the video.

  • Only after your approval can the creator download and post the video.

  • You’ll be notified once the creator posts the video on their profile.

Video Duration on Creator’s Profile

The creator will keep the video posted on their profile for 30 days, giving your brand authentic exposure. Organic posts can also be boosted with ads to maximize their reach and engagement, making them a versatile tool for your marketing strategy.

Once your video is approved on Billo, the licensing rights (also known as usage rights) for the video are transferred to you, the brand — this means you have the rights to use the video for your marketing and promotional purposes. 🎉

Tips for a Successful Setup

  • Write clear and detailed briefs to guide creators effectively.

  • Choose creators whose audience demographics match your target users.

  • Approve videos promptly to facilitate timely posting and boost results.
