Download All Content
If you ordered editing services, photos, or additional crops, expect to download the following files:
An original video from your creator
A version with add-ons that include In-House editing services
A set of 4 authentic photos
Videos in additional crops
Here's how to download your content:
Go to the "Creatives library" found on the top navigation, OR from the Task Page select "Videos"
Click "Download..." under the creator's video 🤩
You need to click "Download all content" for each creator to download all the uploaded content from the creator working on your task. 😎
Keep in mind that videos can only be downloaded on a Desktop device 💻
💡 PRO TIP: The Billo watermark will be removed when you download any approved video
Individual Download
If you order editing services, you can download the original and edited videos.

Here's how you can download each video in your task:
Go to the "Creatives library" found on the top navigation, OR from the Task Page select "Videos"
Hover over the content card to play your Creator's video
Click on the Creator's video to open the content card
Select the Content # you wish to download
You have the option to download the video, or you can proceed with downloading all videos in the bottom right corner
Downloading Additional Crops
If you ordered additional crops (1:1 and 4:5), you can download them once you approve the video.
Here's how you can download the additional crops:
Go to the "Videos" found on the top navigation OR the Task Page
Hover over the content card and click "Download..."
Here you will see the option to download the additional crops individually or download all content.
How to download Additional Crops without editing service (Animated subtitles, Logo, Graphic call-to-action, Motion graphics, and Music):
Go to the "Videos" found on the top navigation OR the Task Page
Click on the video you want to download
The content card will open on the left side of the screen. Click Video #1
Select "Download selected..." and choose which aspect ratio you want to download
NOTE: if automatic download does not start, please make sure you allow pop-ups on your browser.
Downloading Unique Video or Hook Variations
If you ordered and approved +1 unique video or 4 hook variations, you can follow these steps on how to download the videos.
Go to the "Videos" found on the top navigation OR the Task Page
Hover over the content card to play your Creator's video
Once the content card is open, you will see the videos with #1, #2, #3, #4 labels
Click on the thumbnail to play the video
You can click download selected or download all
