If you ordered editing services, expect to download the following files:

A version with add-ons that include In-House editing services

- An original video from your creator
- A version with add-ons that include In-House editing services

Go to Manage Campaigns in the top navigation.

Choose the video you want to review and click Download.

1. Go to Manage Campaigns in the top navigation.
2. Select Videos.
3. Choose the video you want to review and click Download.

Open the task you want to review and download.

Select Videos and click Download.

1. Go to Manage Campaigns
2. Select Tasks.
3. Open the task you want to review and download.
4. Select Videos and click Download.

You need to click "Download all content" for each creator to download all the uploaded content from the creator working on your task. 😎

Keep in mind that videos can only be downloaded on a Desktop device 💻

If you order editing services, you can download the original and edited videos.

Here's how you can download each video in your task: 

Go to the "Manage campaigns" found on the top navigation, OR from the Task Page select "Videos"

Hover over the content card to play your Creator's video

Click on the Creator's video to open the content card

Select the Video # you wish to download

You have the option to download the video, or you can proceed with downloading all videos in the bottom right corner

2. Hover over the content card to play your Creator's video
3. Click on the Creator's video to open the content card
4. Select the Video # you wish to download 
5. You have the option to download the video, or you can proceed with downloading all videos in the bottom right corner

If you ordered additional crops (1:1 and 4:5), you can download them once you approve the video.

Here's how you can download the additional crops: 

Go to "Manage campaigns" in the top navigation, then select Videos, OR open the Task Page

Click the video you want to download. Once the content card is open, select Content

In the top right corner of the video, there is a download icon; click that

Each video thumbnail has a label. If you ordered editing services, you can click that video

Downloading Additional Videos or Intro Variations

If you ordered and approved additional unique videos or intro variations, you can follow these steps to download the videos.

Go to "Manage campaigns" found on the top navigation, then select Videos, OR open the Task

Once the content card is open, select Content; you will see the videos with #1, #2, #3, #4 labels

Click on the thumbnail to play the video

2. Hover over the content card to play your Creator's video
3. Once the content card is open, select Content; you will see the videos with #1, #2, #3, #4 labels 
4. Click on the thumbnail to play the video 
5. Then click Download All
