When creating a task, the maximum length that you are allowed to order a video for on Billo is 60 seconds.
If you need to order a video longer than this, there is a way 🚀
Here's how:
Create a task for 60 seconds, and include in the Additional Details that this is Part 1 of 2 tasks 🤓
Duplicate this to create another task and adjust the time to fit the duration you need ⏲️
What to do if the creator you want to work with, only applied to 1 task?
You can send a direct message to the creator to inform them about the other part of the task OR reach out to the CS team so that we can invite your preferred creator to the second part of the task 😉
