Once your task is active, creators will start to apply for your task, usually, the majority of creators will apply within 48 hours. ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿฆณ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿฆฐ ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿฆฑ To help you decide which creator is best for the task, you will be able to view their video examples from previous tasks.

Looking for a creator with specific requirements?

When creating your task, use the Product Preferences Form to pre-collect information from your creator.

Here are multiple ways you can use the product preferences form:

  • for personalized products ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฆนโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸงŸโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸŽจ

  • to get your creators clothing or shoe size ๐Ÿ‘•๐Ÿ‘Ÿ

  • get photos from your creator that you need to use to make their product ๐Ÿ–ผ

  • find out if your creator can install your product ๐Ÿ› 

  • to know if your creator is experienced in a skill needed to complete your task ๐Ÿ˜Ž

  • .....and so much more! ๐Ÿคฉ

Basically, any information from your creator that you need to create their product for your task or so they can complete your video

Another way would be to select the Creator Criteria on the task creation page. You can also add a Creator Preference and check on the box to invite creators you worked with previously ๐Ÿ™‹

Where to find the applications?

There are 2 ways to find the applications of the creators who showed their interest in working with your brand:

  1. Go to Tasks > (click on) Approve # creators

  2. Simply go to Creators (on the toolbar on the left side of your screen)

Once you found a creator that is best for your task, just click on "Approve"

Keep in mind that once you approve a creator, you will no longer be able to see their example videos ๐Ÿ˜‰

๐Ÿ’ก PRO TIP: For each video unit you order, up to 20 creators can apply. With every additional video unit, an additional 10 slots will be added. To see more applicants, you need to reject the creators you don't want to work with
