Once your task is active, creators will start to apply for your task, usually, the majority of creators will apply within 24 hours. 👨🏽🦳👨👩🏾🦰 👩🏾🦱

Premium Creators can now apply to your Regular task 🚀 If you approve a premium creator, you'll be upgrading the video quality for the one you picked 😉
Contact your creator before you send them your product to make sure they can meet your requirements for the video 🚚

Using Product Preferences Form
When creating your task, use the Product Preferences Form to ask questions or pre-collect information from your creator.
Here are multiple ways you can use the product preferences form:

to get your creators clothing or shoe size 👕👟
get photos from your creator that you need to use to make their product 🖼
find out if your creator can install your product 🛠
to know if your creator is experienced in a skill needed to complete your task 😎

Basically, any information from your creator that you need to create their product for your task or so they can complete your video
How does it work?
Brand creates a task that includes the Product Preferences Form
Once creators apply to the task they will be asked to answer the questions
When reviewing the creator applications, brands will be able to see the creator's answer to the product preferences form
Using Creator Criteria
Make sure you fill up the Creator Criteria with correct and relevant information when creating your task. This is the best way to ensure that the right creators will see and apply to your task 🙋
When choosing your Creator Criteria:
Choose between Regular or Premium Creators,
Select your preferred creator's age and gender,
Select tags that reflect your ideal creator's characteristics
Include more specific characteristics in the Additional Notes
More about Creator Tags and Additional Notes
You can select these tags if you need a creator who needs to show specific things in their video. This works best if you need a creator who needs to show their pet, film in a car, or create a video with their kids involved 😉
The Additional Notes would be the best way to add a specific description that we don't have a tag for, this can be something as specific as "needs to be a licensed esthetician" to as general as "needs to show at least 3 kids playing together in the video"
Where to find the applications?
Once the creator has applied to your task, it's time to Review Creator Applications. Keep in mind if you ordered 1 video, up to 20 Creators can apply to your task. If you ordered more than 1 video, an additional 10 application slots will open for every additional video unit 😎 Feel free to dismiss the creators you don't want to work with.
There are 2 ways to find the applications of the creators who showed their interest in working with your brand:
Open Task > Applications
Simply go to Creators (on the toolbar on the left side of your screen)
Once you found a creator that is best for your task, just click on "Select"
Keep in mind that once you approve a creator, you will no longer be able to see their example videos 😉
Premium Creator Applications
Premium creators can apply to any task! You can select these creators to work on your video, but keep in mind that you would need to upgrade your task for a fee if you only selected Regular Creators
