I cannot see the video the creator uploaded

Where is my video? I was notified that my creator uploaded but I cannot find it.

All videos waiting for your approval can be found under the Manage campaigns, found on the top navigation menu → Videos Review Approve

💬 You can also check the messages with the creator to see the status or if there are any updates about the video the creator uploaded. Specifically, navigate to the Inbox to confirm if any uploads are pending or if a response is awaited from the creator.

If you cannot find the video that the creator uploaded. Here are a few reasons why:

The video is in Post-Production

  • If your order includes editing services, the video goes through post-production as soon as the creator uploads the video, and it can take 1-2 business days to complete before the Original Video and Video with Editing Service are available for you to review and approve. During post-production, the video undergoes internal quality checks and editing team processing to ensure it meets required standards. Once these processes are complete, the video will appear under Videos for review and approval.

An edit request was placed by the Billo Quality Team

  • Sometimes an edit might come from the Billo Team for reasons such as video quality, audio quality, or any errors the video might have. You can confirm this by checking the message with the creator and seeing if there is an update that an edit was placed. In this case, the video will not be visible to you until the creator uploads an edited version.

  • Sometimes, the system may notify you that a video is ready for approval even though it has not been uploaded or on the creator’s side. This usually indicates pending actions in the campaign itself.

  • A video marked as "In Progress" may still be undergoing processing by Billo’s editing team even after the creator has submitted it. Ensure to refresh your project page or explore the video approval section and the Inbox for updates.

You might be logged into the wrong account

  • If you are completely unable to see any video or task orders under your brand, you might not be logged into the correct account. Ensure that you are logging in the correct method and the account you used when creating a Brand Account.

  • If the video remains unseen, ensure to review the campaign details, refresh your dashboard to account for system updates, and cross-check messages with the creator for any delays or additional context.
