Important Reminders

If you’re planning to change your address, make sure to update it on your Billo profile before applying for or accepting any task. Once you’re approved for a task that requires shipping, brands have up to two days to send the product. Many brands ship right away and rely on the address shown in your profile, so your information must always be accurate.

If you have a last-minute change, reach out to the brand as soon as possible. Still, the safest option is to keep your profile updated at all times.

If the product is shipped to the wrong address because you didn’t update your information, you’ll be accountable for the lost or undelivered item. Keeping your address current ensures a smooth delivery and helps you avoid issues with completing your task.

  • During the transition period, please do not apply for new offers.

  • If you have already been approved for tasks and the products have been sent to your old address, it is your responsibility to ensure you can retrieve them or that someone can reship them to you.
