For Creators: My Activity Was Limited. What Should I Do?

Creator Responsibilities

We have certain deadlines with the brands and creators, both parties agree to them when signing into Billo.

We would like to highlight these responsibilities for you as a creator:

  • You must upload the content within 5 days after receiving the product.

  • Edited videos should be uploaded within 48 hours.

  • CS team must be informed if some products are missing/broken.

  • CS team must be informed if you have any delay in delivering the content (for exceptional cases)


Creator Consequences

If you fail to meet these responsibilities, your account may be limited.

What does that mean?

  • You won’t be able to apply for any new offers.

  • You will be removed from offers that you applied for but weren’t yet approved for.

  • You will still be able to upload your videos to the platform and get paid for them.​

  • Unfinished projects could result in payout deductions and even suspension. 🙏
