Creator Responsibilities
We have certain deadlines with the brands and creators, and both parties agree to them when signing into Billo.
We would like to highlight these responsibilities for you as a creator:
You must upload the content within 5 days after receiving the product.
Edited videos should be uploaded within 48 hours.
CS team must be informed if some products are missing/broken.
CS team must be informed if you have any delay in delivering the content (for exceptional cases)
Submit video content promptly within deadlines.
Adhere strictly to Billo’s guidelines and house rules.
Communicate effectively and swiftly with the brand should any issue or clarification arise. If escalation is needed, reach out to our Customer Support team.
Creator Consequences
If you fail to meet these responsibilities, your account may be limited.
What does that mean?
You won’t be able to apply for any new offers.
You will be removed from offers that you applied for but weren’t yet approved for.
You will still be able to upload your videos to the platform and get paid for them.
Unfinished projects could result in payout deductions and even suspension.
How To Come Back To Billo?
If you are committed to following these rules, please reach out to us via chat and inform us about your situation. We will review your case and make a decision. To regain full access to your creator account, follow these steps:
Reach out to Customer Support and request for your account to be reinstated.
Re-upload Your Video Pitch: Log into the Billo Creators App and create a new video pitch in alignment with the platform's guidelines. Ensure the quality and content meet all requirements.
Confirm the Upload: Once the pitch is uploaded, confirm with our Customer Support team by replying to the communication thread or sending a direct message through the app.
Await Review by Talent Manager: Our talent manager will assess your updated submission. If it adheres to the necessary guidelines, your account will be reactivated, and you can start applying for tasks again. Reinstatement is subject to the nature and severity of the violation. Most cases allow for review and reinstatement upon completing the required corrective actions. However, severe issues, such as multiple violations, may result in permanent suspension. In such instances, reinstatement will not be possible.
