By default, creators are not allowed to post Billo-created videos on their own social media unless:

  • The brand specifically asks you to post, and

  • You accept the task and the invitation to post.

Organic Posting and Partnership Ads — share your work and earn more

Organic Posting — a feature that allows creators to share videos on their own social media when the brand requests it. The post will remain live on your profile for 30 days, and share the link to the post with the brand.

Partnership Ads — you will run the ad from your page, making the ad appear more authentic for 30 days, and share the Ad Code with the brand.

What this means for you:

  • Offer in-feed services alongside your UGC (user-generated content).

  • Unlock new paid opportunities while giving brands authentic exposure.

  • List the services you love, set your price, and own your craft.

How to set this up:

  1. Go to PortfolioMy services → click + Add.

  2. Choose from available platforms:

    • Instagram — add your Instagram link and set your price.

    • TikTok — add your TikTok link and set your price.

    • Partnership Ads — Meta Partnership Ads or TikTok Spark Ads

Instagram API Integration Requirement

Creators offering Organic Posting services must now integrate their Instagram accounts through the Instagram API to continue offering these services.

  • Deadline: December 1, 2025 — creators must connect their Instagram accounts by this date to keep Organic Posting services active.

  • How to connect:

    1. Go to Settings → Linked Accounts & Integrations → Integrations.

    2. Connect your Instagram account by following the prompts.

Failure to connect your Instagram account by the deadline will result in Organic Posting services being disabled from your profile.

Post-Delivery Orders 🆕

  • Brands can now order Organic Posting and Partnership Ads even after your video has been delivered.

  • Once a brand places this order:

    • You will receive a notification in Billo Manage.

    • This is a confirmed task — you cannot decline the order.

    • You have 48 hours to post the content on the selected platform using the information provided by the brand.

  • Make sure to check the chat with the brand if anything is unclear before posting. This ensures everything is aligned and there are no mistakes.

What to Do Once Your Video Is Approved

Here are your steps after the brand approves your video:

  1. Download the approved video
Once the video is approved, you can download and share it on the selected platform (Instagram or TikTok). Please always download the video directly from the task.

    • If the order included Editing services, the edited version (with any captions, effects, etc.) will be what’s available for you to download.

    • Warning: Never use versions from elsewhere (e.g. previews, drafts) — only and always download from the task itself to ensure you have the correct final version.

  2. Post on your socials & run it for 30 days

    • Publish the video on your selected platform. The post should remain live for 30 days.

  3. Submit proof & complete the task

    • After posting, go back to the task and paste the link to your published post.

    • Make sure you click “Submit post” in the app. This notifies the brand that you’ve posted, and it ensures you are paid for the Organic Posting service at the rate you set.
