Every order includes a basic creator video. You can add additional services of AI captions for clarity, or upgrade to Billo Expert editing for a performance-driven version.
Graphics and animation will be specific to the platform you select: TikTok, Meta, or Other.

Here's a quick glimpse at three different editing types:

Basic
This is a video clip made by the creator, based on your brief. It does not include captions, visual or sound elements, or music. Always included with your order.
Creators are responsible for delivering content based on the tasks outlined in the original brief. Tasks like adding on-screen text or captions are not included.
AI captions – add-on
You can add engaging AI-generated captions with human review – you will receive both the basic creator video and an additional ready-to-launch video ad that will contain AI-generated captions that are animated to keep your viewers engaged even without sound on.
Billo expert – add-on
You can add platform-optimized edits to drive results – you will receive both the basic creator video and professionally edited version by Billo motion graphic designers to grab attention with visual hooks, maintain brand consistency with color and style, keep users engaged, and highlight product features with visual and sound effects, and music. How does it work?
When creating a task, select AI captions or Billo expert next to Editing. Please note that this is an additional service. If you select Basic you will receive video made by the creator, based on your brief.
Once a creator uploads your video, our team of motion graphic designers will work on the video. Then they will upload a final version of your video, and you will be able to review it.
When video edits are requested, such as background music removal or caption changes, you will be notified once the updated video is uploaded to the relevant task. Please monitor your notifications in the platform to know when these updates are available. At that point, you can review and download the updated videos at your convenience.
When ordering editing services, you can expect to receive two versions of the video, an Original video from your Creator and a Final version with AI captions or Billo expert edits.
For tasks involving caption edits or similar modifications, you will receive a downloadable link to the updated video once the edits have been completed. This ensures you have direct access to the revised content for your review and use.
If you need to request changes for the editing services, such as changes in the subtitle, subtitle placement, music, missing logo, color, or font used for the animated captions, you can simply "Request Edits" or send us a message via chat if you need more help.

When it opens, you will see Video #1 and Video #2

To provide clarity and assistance regarding the video editing and approval workflows on Billo, here’s an overview of the key steps involved, including handling notifications, edits, and task alignment.
Creators are responsible only for the tasks specifically outlined in the task brief, such as producing the video content. Additional services like captions or on-screen text require a separate order as an add-on through Billo's platform.
Notifications for Updated Videos: You will be notified when edits, such as background music removal or caption changes, are updated on your video.
Requesting and Approving Edits: Clearly state your required edits, such as background music or text modifications. After the edits are completed, reviewing and approving the video in the platform is crucial in moving the task forward.
