Once you create a brief on Billo, you will see it under the Briefs tab. Only when you select a creator will a task be generated.
Brief Statuses & Actions
Incomplete
Your brief is not fully created. This may be due to missing required fields, an empty brief name, or exceeding the character limit.
In such cases, you can simply delete the brief or close applications and then create a new brief.
Edit Brief
Once a brief is created and saved, changes can no longer be made. You can only edit the Brief name and public name.
Delete Brief
You can delete a brief if its status is Incomplete or if you simply want to start over.
Duplicate Brief
If you already have an existing brief, you can duplicate it to reuse all the details while still being able to make edits before publishing. This is a great time-saver if you made a mistake in the original brief or want to create a similar campaign without starting from scratch.
Task Status
Active
You've selected a creator from the brief, and a task was generated specific to the creator selected.
Closed
The task is completed.
Manage Your Campaigns
You now have a streamlined view of all your campaigns in one place, with an improved campaign list showing the creators you’ve hired and quick access to key actions directly from the sidebar.
From here, you can:
Review and approve videos from creators
Check shipping status for products sent to creators
Boost approved videos with posts or ads without leaving the page
Sidebar chat integration, which will let you find relevant conversations with creators without switching between Tasks and Inbox.
This setup makes it easier to keep campaigns organized, track progress, and take action quickly—all from a single dashboard.
Activity Timeline in the Hired Creator Sidebar
The hired creator sidebar is a new feature that gives you quick access to everything related to your collaboration in one place. It now includes a full activity timeline, providing a structured, chronological view of everything that happens during a collaboration, from shipping and content submission to approvals for partnership ad permissions. Each tab is designed to help you manage your brief more efficiently and take action when needed.
Activity
Provides a structured, chronological history of everything that happened while working with the hired creator for a specific brief. This includes shipping updates, content submissions, approvals, and partnership ads permissions. It helps you track progress and quickly see the current status.
Content
Shows all assets uploaded by the creator, including submitted videos and files. You can also view edit requests, and task details here. This section keeps all deliverables and revisions organized in one place.
Services
Displays whether the creator offers additional services such as Organic Posting and Partnership Ads. If available, you can order these services directly from this page to expand your collaboration.
Chat
Gives you direct access to your conversation history with the creator. There is no need to search in your Inbox. All communication is accessible from the sidebar.
Creator Profile
Provides an overview of the creator’s profile, including performance insights. If Meta integration is activated, you will also see Ad performance and Organic performance metrics to help you evaluate results.
With the activity timeline, you’ll get:

Structured moments to naturally prompt brands to boost videos or promote additional services based on contextual relevance.
