Deleting Your Billo Account

If you decide to delete your Billo Creator account and erase your data, here’s how you can do it:

  1. Open the Billo Creator App:

    Go to your profile by tapping the "Profile" icon.

  2. Access Settings:

    Navigate to "Settings."

  3. Delete Your Account:

    Tap on "Delete my account & erase data."

  4. Confirm Deletion:

    Click on "Confirm deletion" to permanently remove your account.

What Happens Next?

  • Open Tasks: If you have any open tasks or brand products already shipped to you, our Customer Support team may contact you to assist with any outstanding issues.

  • Data Handling: For more information on how we manage your data, please refer to the Billo Privacy Policy. 🗒

What happens after your account is deleted?

Once your account deletion request is processed, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you decide to join Billo as a creator again in the future, you will need to sign up and start over as a new creator.
