Here are multiple ways you can use the product preferences form:

  • for personalized products πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈπŸ¦Ήβ€β™€οΈπŸ§Ÿβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ¨

  • to get your creators clothing or shoe size πŸ‘•πŸ‘Ÿ

  • get photos from your creator that you need to use to make their product πŸ–Ό

  • find out if your creator can install your product πŸ› 

  • to know if your creator is experienced in a skill needed to complete your task 😎

  • ask questions that you need your creator to answer as soon as they apply to your task πŸ˜‰

  • .....and so much more! 🀩

Basically, any information from your creator that you need to create their product for your task or so they can complete your video 🀩

Adding a Product Preferences form

  1. When Creating your Task, after filling in the initial task details, click on "Next Step"

  2. Add the Scenes and Mentions to your task

  3. Fill in the Product Information.
    This includes the product pronunciation, and the Product Preferences Form πŸ€“

You can ask questions like:

  • What is the age of your kids? πŸ§’ πŸ‘¦ πŸ‘§

  • Do you own a bike? 🚲

  • Are you able to film outdoors? 🌈

  • Can you install the product in your kitchen? 🍽

  • .. and so much more!

Once your task is active, creators will start to apply for your task and answer your questions. πŸ‘© πŸ‘¨

Where to find the answers πŸ€”

You will be able to view answers together with applications of the creators who showed their interest in working with your brand.

There are 2 ways to find them:

  1. Open a Task > click on Applications to see the answers and approve the creators you want to work with

  2. Go to Creators (on the toolbar on the left side of your screen)

Once you found a creator that is best for your task, just click on "Approve".

You can also see the approved creator's answers, before shipping your product. 🚚

There are 2 ways to do this:

  1. Go to the Delivery tab on your brand toolbar > In the list, together with creators' addresses you will find the button "Answers" under their name > (click on) "Answers" > ship the product.

  2. Open a Task > Click on Product Delivery
