My product is personalised. How can I find out the creator's size, preferred color, dog breed, etc.?

Product Preference form allows you to ask questions that creators will answer when applying to a task. This feature should be used when it is really important for you to confirm or get certain info from creators before approving them to work on a taskπŸš€

  • get answers that you might need when sending your product. (size, color, design, etc.)

  • ensure the creator meets certain requirements of your task. (dog breed, car model, etc.)

Here are multiple ways you can use the product preferences form:

  • for personalized products πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈπŸ¦Ήβ€β™€οΈπŸ§Ÿβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ¨

  • to get your creators clothing or shoe size πŸ‘•πŸ‘Ÿ

  • find out if your creator can install your product πŸ› 

  • to know if your creator is experienced in a skill needed to complete your task 😎

  • ask questions that you need your creator to answer as soon as they apply to your task πŸ˜‰

  • .....and so much more! 🀩

❗ Keep in mind: if you have not added product preference form when creating a task, you will be able to communicate to the creator directly once you approve them.


How to add a Product Preferences Form

There are multiple ways you can add a product preferences form to your task

During Task Creation

This applies to brands that have not yet created their first task. It's important to create your first task so you can create a brand and a product connected to your account πŸ€“

How to add the Product Preferences form when creating your first task:

  1. Create a new product πŸ“¦

  2. Add the Product Information ✍️

    • Product Details: Add any important information related to your product, and check the tag to make sure you are creating the correct product πŸ˜‰

    • Additional Details: You have the option to add the product pronunciation here, as well as the product preferences form


When Editing a Product

This applies to tasks that already have an existing product. If you don't have a product yet, you can follow the steps when Creating your First task πŸš€

in Task Creation

How to add a product preferences form when Creating a Task

  1. Click on "Edit" beside the product, you will use in the task

  2. Go to the Additional Details

  3. Fill in the Product Preferences Form with questions you want to ask the creator as soon as they apply to your task πŸ€“

in Products Page

How to add a product preferences form on the Products page:

  1. Go to "Brand details", then select "Products"

  2. Select the product you want to add a Product Preferences form to

  3. Click on "Edit"

  4. Scroll to the bottom, where you will see the "Product Preferences Form"

  5. Fill in the Product Preferences Form with questions you want to ask the creator as soon as they apply to your task πŸ€“


Examples

Examples of questions you can ask in the product preferences form:

  • What is the age of your kids?

  • Do you own a bike?

  • Are you able to film outdoors?

  • Can you install the product in your kitchen?

  • What is the model of your phone?

  • Do you play golf?

  • Do you own a grill/bicycle/specific car model?

  • .. and so much more!

There are multiple ways to find the answers to the product preferences form πŸš€

In the Task

  1. Open the "Task"

  2. Go "Creators"

  3. Click on "Answers" to see the answers and approve the creators you want to work with

In Brand Dashboard

  1. Go to Creators

  2. Click on "Answers" to see the answers and approve the creators you want to work with

In Shipments Page

Once you approve creators, you can review their answers before shipping out your product 🚚

You have 2 options to view the answers of your approved creators:

  1. Open "Shipments" on the top navigation > Click on "Answers" under your creator's name, and ship the product.

  2. Open the Task > Click on "Product Delivery" > Click on "Answers" under your creator's name, and ship the product.
