DO's and DONT's: Quality Tips For Your Pitch
DO's.
✅ Shoot in a well-lit area with a neutral, non-distracting background.
✅ Film with your rear camera, even for selfie shots, to ensure better quality, especially in less-than-ideal lighting.
✅ Make sure your audio is clear and free of background noise.
✅ Resolution should be at least 1080p (1080x1920px).
✅ Ensure the camera is stable and at eye level.
✅ Make sure your pitch is recorded in English.
DONT's.
❌ Do not add any text, filters, transitions, social handles, or music to the video.
❌ No black or blurred static lines around your video - ensure your content fills the entire 9x16 aspect ratio canvas.
❌ Don't film with HDR turned on. Disable it in your camera settings before filming, as keeping it on can alter the colors of your video when uploaded to the Billo Creator app.
❌ Do not exceed the 30s duration.

The brand has 3 business days to review your video. They can either approve it or request edits. If they don’t take any action, the video will be auto-approved after the 3-day period. If editing services were ordered, our team will complete those first, which might delay the auto-approval slightly.
What happens if I don't upload the video in 5 days?
Missing the 5-day deadline impacts your On-Time delivery score. You can learn more about this here.
If you're having any issues and can't complete the task on time, use the chat button in the Billo Creator app to inform the CS team about the situation and aim to upload your video as soon as possible.
Our quality assurance team reviews the profiles that don’t meet the deadlines and suspend non-responsive creators. If you’ve been suspended and non-responsive - we’ll need to deduct the amount of the product price for the video you didn’t deliver.
