For New Customers

Use the steps below to guide you through creating a task ✨

Select the Platform, Duration, Editing, and Aspect Ratio
- Choose the specific platform you will use the video for.
- Choose the duration that you need.
- Choose the aspect ratio. By default, TikTok and Meta are in 9:16 aspect ratios. When you select Other, you have the option to choose between 9:16 or 16:9 aspect ratios. Additional Crops are available in 4:5 and 1:1 for an additional cost.

Select the Number of Videos
- You can order as many videos on Billo as you need.
- A different creator will make each video in the task.
❗Please note that you are selecting the number of videos you want for the task order. The videos cannot be distributed to other brands. This means that the number of creators you select will work on the brief that you will create for this task order.
Additional services
- A set of 4 Photos allows you to include a set of 4 photos to complement the video in your task 📸
- Additional crops allow you to get video in 1:1 and 4:5 aspect ratios.

Finalize your order summary
- you can add a promo code if you have one (promo code cannot be used if you select Billo balance as your payment method)
Add payment information
- Billo balance: If you purchased a Pack, select this as your payment method.

Click "Submit order" or "Submit secure payment" to finalize your order 💳

Outline your expectations for the creator, including key scenes to include and important points to highlight.

You can select a product you have created or create a new one.
When you select a Physical Product, you will be asked 'Will you physically ship items to the creators?' You should select YES if you will ship creator your product and NO, if you have a physical product, but do not need it to be featured in the video.
If your product or service is Digital but you will be sending the creator an actual product or props, create a new product listing and make it a Physical product.

Hook - refers to the opening segment or element of the video designed to grab the viewer's attention and encourage them to keep watching 👀

Concept - refers to the overarching idea or theme that drives the content and guides its creation. 🎁

- Other - you can specify a specific concept for the creator on how you want the video to be
- "Save" your selection
Call-to-action - a specific prompt or instruction given to the audience at the end of the video, urging them to take a particular action. 🎤
- Library - you can choose from our selection of CTAs from our library
- Let creators decide - you give full creative power to the creator on what CTA is best for the video
- Other - you can specify a specific CTA for the creator that they will include at the end of the video
- "Save" your selection

Scenes are for you to explain what the creator should do, how your product should be filmed, and what function of your product should be highlighted. You can add new scenes, change places, or delete them.
Mentions are where you should write the phrases that the creator should mention while talking about your brand and product, promo, and call to action. We do have some predefined phrases to choose from but again you can add new ones, edit suggested ones, change places, or delete them.
Optional: AI-Generated Storyboard, experience the magic of AI by generating a storyboard from your product description with ease and efficiency.

Maximize the Additional Details and Content Examples

Available for Custom Scenes and Freedom mode only.
Additional details: A field inside the task details that will allow you to give more instructions and clarifications, etc. to your chosen creator. Learn how to utilize this field here.

Content examples: You can add up to 3 links to content examples. Add video examples of content you want your Creator or the Billo Motion Graphics team to use as a reference.

Select your Target Creators

Select your preferred creator's age and gender,
Select tags that reflect your ideal creator's characteristics
Ask a question: This feature allows you to ask questions that creators will answer when applying to a task. You should use it when you need to confirm or get certain info from creators before approving them to work on a task. Learn more here.

Click on "Done" to complete creating your task 🚀
